Drum:
To make a drum at home, you will need an empty oatmeal box with cover, yarn, pen, 2 pencils, 2 spools, construction paper and crayons.
Decorate the oatmeal box with construction paper and use crayons on the paper to give it a colorful look. Now place the cover on the box. Use a pen to make a hole right in the center of the cover and another hole in the center at the bottom of the box. Through the two holes, pull the piece of yarn so that it is long enough to hang round the neck until the waist. Place the spools at the end of the pencils and glue them fast. Viola! Your drum and drumsticks are ready.
Chimes:
To make chimes, you need a ruler or stick, washers, nail polish, string and mixing spoon.
Hang the washers from the ruler by wrapping the string around the ruler. To play the chimes, strike the washers with the mixing spoon. You can make the washers colorful by painting them with different colors of nail polish.
Horn:
In order to make a horn at home, you need paper towel roll, waxed paper, rubber band and pen.
Cover one end of the paper towel roll with waxed paper and secure it using a rubber band. Make a row of holes along one side of the roll using the nib of the pen. Your horn is ready. To play, all you have to do is sing a tune into the open end of your horn.
